Job Title: QA Supervisor
Program: Unaccompanied Minors - ORR
Salary: $75,000 - $77,700 (Based on educational achievements and experience)
General Responsibilities:
Catholic Guardian Services is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager for our Unaccompanied Minors (UC) Program. The Quality Assurance Manager provides leadership and oversight of quality assurance and compliance activities across all UC program sites. This role supervises QA staff, oversees program audits and monitoring, ensures compliance with Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) requirements, federal regulations, and agency policies, and partners with program leadership to promote continuous quality improvement and operational excellence while ensuring the highest standards of care for the children and families we serve.
Required Skills:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Compliance, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree with extensive experience in compliance or QA accepted.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or monitoring within child welfare, foster care, or refugee services.
- Strong knowledge of ORR regulations, UAC Policy Guide, and child welfare best practices.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Ability to travel between program sites and work flexible hours as required.

- Experience supervising staff and managing complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
