Position Highlights:
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in project management.

- Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Drive, One Note, Forms, Planner, Project, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Zoom).
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, as well as resource management practices.
- Excellent judgment and decision making, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and business acumen to accomplish project goals and strategic objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines, thrive in a complex environment, and successfully address competing priorities.
- Center health equity in all aspects of project management, collaboration, and meeting facilitations.
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
- Support coordination of updates at regular reporting intervals on key performance indicators and process being made over time.
- Develops standards and criteria for reporting timeline according to agreed-upon reporting dates.
- Support the development of the performance management system, establishing, updating, and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Prepares briefing notes, reports and presentations concerning the proposed directions of projects and project successes.
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
- Manages one or more cross-functional projects of varying complexity.
- Maintain collegial, productive relationships with colleagues and partners.
- Clearly communicate policies and procedures to non-technical audiences.
- Actively participates and coordinates cross-departmental work. Coordinating twice a year reporting for our Public Health Infrastructure Grant (PHIG) with internal stakeholders.
