Position Summary
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI, machine learning, automation, and analytics solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process workflows, and functional specifications.

- Partner with data engineers, data scientists, developers, and vendors to support AI solution design and implementation.
- Participate in proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and pilot programs to validate feasibility and business value.
- Support solution testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with data teams to define data requirements, quality standards, and validation criteria.
- Assist in monitoring model performance and business outcomes.
- Support responsible AI practices, including governance, privacy, security, and ethical considerations.
- Support user training, communications, documentation, and change management activities.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure solutions meet user needs andare adopted effectively.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI initiatives.
- Monitor post‑implementation outcomes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements or innovations.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts (e.g., ML, natural language processing, large language models, predictive analytics).
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Power Platform, Azure AI, or comparable technologies.
- Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to process automation or intelligent workflow solutions.
- Experience working in complex or regulated environments.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Data‑driven mindset with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, analytics, or technology consulting.
- Experience supporting AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in business‑friendly.
- Requires mobility within an office environment.
- Regularly required to talk and hear. Effectively communicate with others both written and orally, including using the telephone.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- The employee may be required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and bend.
- May be required to stoop, kneel, and crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Possess good hearing, normal or corrected.
- The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee may be required to climb stairs.
- Must be able to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required and night or weekend shifts, as needed.
