Care techs also join in a variety of experiential therapies and groups such as recreational therapy, movement therapies, art therapy, music therapy, and other group therapies such as body-image and 12-step. Care techs work directly with patients in goal setting and follow up, and are responsible to enforce program rules and encourage patients in finding their own coping skills.

This includes dishing appropriate portions of everything served with the meal, eating a variety of foods until you are moderately full and treating all foods with the same moral value. You will be asked to eat all food groups: meats, poultry, fish, fruits, dairy products, desserts etc.
