Position Overview
We are seeking a poised, articulate, and solutions-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Engage & Assist: Respond to customer inquiries via [phone / email / live chat] with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Account Management: Assist clients with order tracking, billing inquiries, account updates, and product information.

Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions and updates within our CRM database.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a call-center environment (preferred).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional tone.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with standard office software; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) is a major plus.
Attributes: Strong active listening skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person using multi-line phone systems and other communication tools
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional office environment
- Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to document interactions and update records
- Perform data entry tasks accurately within various databases like QuickBooks and other bookkeeping or office management systems
- Assist with clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, calendar management, and organizing client information
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry software like QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated computer literacy including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing, and technical proficiency in productivity software
- Previous experience in customer service roles such as front desk receptionist or medical/dental receptionist is preferred
