Staff Accountant – Treasury

Century Golf Partners Management is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Staff Accountant – Treasury to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working with cash management, forecasting, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Treasury Manager, the Staff Accountant – Treasury will play a key role in supporting the company's daily cash operations, maintaining banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial controls and accounting standards.

What You'll Do

Cash Management & Treasury Operations

• Monitor daily cash positions and maintain adequate liquidity across company accounts
• Execute ACH transactions, wire transfers, cash transfers, and intercompany funding activities
• Support cash concentration initiatives and banking structure optimization
• Maintain and monitor bank account balances and activity
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and treasury reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls

Accounting Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting activities and treasury-related accounting functions
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close processes
• Post journal entries, accruals, and other accounting adjustments
• Analyze variances and investigate discrepancies
• Support special projects and continuous process improvement efforts

Audit, Budgeting & Forecasting

• Provide information and support for year-end audits
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting initiatives
• Support financial analysis and reporting requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting or finance experience
• Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains a plus)
• Working knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, or forecasting preferred
