Job Overview
The Laboratory Technician I role is responsible for performing RSE/CSE testing in the Technical Services LAL lab.
- Trains on and perform RSE/CSE ratio determination/analysis (with supervision) and maintains appropriate associated records
- Receipt of customer samples following applicable procedures
- Trains on and performs IQ, OQ, PQ of equipment such as Biotek, PTS and maintains appropriate documents.
- Responsible for preparing and stocking supplies associated with duties.
- Responsible for proficiency in all SOPs in areas of responsibility.
- Responsible for documentation as required by company policy, cGMP and FDA.
- Responsible for proper cleaning and maintenance of the Technical Service laboratory and associated equipment and adherence to established safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, molecular biology, or related discipline strongly preferred
- Experience: 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Computer and math literacy required.
- Able to work with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent documentation practices focusing on attention to detail and adhering to department and compliance regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
The pay for this position is $22.00 per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
