Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Lead quality assurance activities, including audits, inspections, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish quality policies, procedures, training programs, and performance metrics to ensure product and process quality.
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections, and ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Manage supplier quality activities, including supplier qualification, audits, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Investigate customer complaints, drive corrective actions, and support customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into product development, manufacturing, and operational processes.
- Monitor quality performance, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure ongoing compliance with company and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality management, or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including SPC, FMEA, 8D, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
- Experience with internal audits, document control, supplier quality management, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Mandarin-speaking
- Experience in relevant industries such as electronics, machinery, or server industries.
- Six Sigma or Lean experience.
