ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Leadership
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all Gaming Operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support company goals and business objectives.
- Ensure all gaming operations are conducted efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and recommend operational improvements and best practices.
- Ensure departments are appropriately staffed to meet business demands while delivering exceptional guest service.
Financial Leadership
- Manage departmental budgets, labor expenses, and operational resources to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor operational performance through financial and business metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity while maintaining service standards.
- Support long-term operational planning and departmental growth initiatives.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations.
- Maintain the integrity of all gaming operations through adherence to company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with Security, Surveillance, Compliance, and other departments to protect company assets and investigate operational concerns when necessary.
- Monitor gaming transactions and ensure compliance with applicable reporting requirements.
Leadership and Talent Development
- Recruit, develop, coach, mentor, and evaluate department leadership and team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Promote employee engagement while maintaining high performance expectations.
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Guest Experience
- Champion an exceptional guest experience throughout all gaming areas.
- Resolve complex guest concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Monitor service standards and partner with operational departments to ensure prompt, courteous, and memorable guest experiences.
- Exercise appropriate discretion regarding guest accommodations and complimentaries in accordance with company policies.
Cross-Functional Leadership

- Promote a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Identify and report safety concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and incident documentation.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Gaming Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive casino operations leadership experience, including senior management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience leading large, multi-level operational teams.
- Strong understanding of Nevada Gaming regulations, internal controls, and gaming compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, labor planning, operational performance, and strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required Nevada Gaming registrations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Executive leadership experience within a large-scale gaming or hospitality environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Remain mobile throughout the property for extended periods.
- Stand and walk for prolonged periods during the workday.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and navigate all areas of the property.
- Work in a casino environment with varying noise levels, crowds, smoke where permitted, and changing operational demands.
- Work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business needs require.
