We are looking for a Classroom Case Manager to join our East Valley Academy team, located in East Randolph, VT. This is an alternative school setting that combines curriculum-based instruction with intensive emotional / behavioral support, to maximize student engagement and success. The class sizes are very small, with significant one on one work and academic support to students.
Essential Functions:
- Provide emotional and behavioral support to students in an alternative school setting.
- Follow behavioral & academic support plans to fortify educational & mental health needs.
- Assist in the design and implementation of academic, social, and behavioral programming for each student and the classroom group.
- Act as a mandated reporter when necessary and with the appropriate supervision.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Services or Education is required.
