- Communicates clearly to the executive team and Board: product strategy, progress against plan, key risks, and trade-offs — no fluff, clear signal.
- Takes an active talent management approach to onboard, mentor and inspire a diverse, highly engaged, and skilled team. Continuously upgrades talent through timely talent management, development, succession planning and recruitment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or marketing; master’s degree is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership in supply chain and device operations within telecommunications, MVNO, connected devices, IoT, medical devices, or consumer electronics; experience with government-funded programs a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years people management including experience leading remote teams.

- Experience with wireless or VoIP service launch or operations: carrier relationships, device procurement, activation flows, porting, and billing infrastructure.
- Accessibility-focused product background - assistive tech, hearing health, or services designed for adults with sensory or cognitive considerations.
- Track record scaling product teams and building cross-functional operating structure in complex, multi-product environments.
- Exceptional communicator, data-driven, customer-obsessed, and able to make hard calls and own them.
