Instead of just proposing HVAC system options, our project managers are able to measure/design ductwork, gather information for block loads, design whole-home ductless mini split systems and SO MUCH MORE.
As a premium HVAC Contractor, we pride ourselves on delivering 5-star service every time we visit our customers' homes. When it comes to delivering outstanding quality on our installations, it all starts with our project manager. In this position, you will be responsible for connecting with new or current customers, identifying customers' needs, accurately measuring ductwork/systems, and designing the perfect comfort solution for our customers.
As a project manager, you will be responsible for designing and selling residential and commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork, ductless mini split systems, package systems and more. This position is merit-based and the earning potential is limitless.
Job Duties:
- Building Rapport with new and existing customers
- Asking Discovery Questions to identify customers' unique needs and making recommendations based off of those needs
- Explaining/Describing the different types of AC/Heating systems and their benefits
- Measuring Indoor and Outdoor HVAC equipment accurately and recording data into company forms
- Identifying Code violations, safety concerns, or previous installing company failures. Point out to customers how we will take care of these issues
- Measuring ductwork dimensions and then identifying issues
- Get in Attics and accurately measure/record ductwork information
- Communicating Findings to Customers and using this information to design custom HVAC quotes for customers
- Communicating our install practices to customers
- Presenting Replacement System Quotes/Options to Customers
- Meeting Company Sales Quotas/Closing Rates
- Helping Customers with Financing
- Following Up with customers after the sale and asking for referrals
- Assisting in Trade Shows/Company Events
- Safely Driving Company Vehicle
