Provide Administrative support to the Preconstruction Dept of Luxury Home Projects as needed.
· Ensures strict adherence to ethics, compliance requirements and organization’s policies and procedures.
· Assists Executive with day-to-day duties, including but not limited to; presentation binders for client meetings, maintaining and updating document logs, maintaining files and documents, and proofreading documentation; coordinating proposals and marketing materials.
· Prepares and/or modifies documents for supervisor or management team, including but not limited to: reports, memos and emails.
· Schedules and coordinates department meetings, updates vacation calendar, sets appointments and travel arrangements.
· Prepares meeting agendas, takes notes during meetings, and distributes meeting minutes, including but not limited to: scheduling, construction and/or coordination meetings.
· Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, and maintaining good time management.
· Interacts with other department heads when required.
Education and Experience:
· Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
· Proficiency with: Microsoft Office suite / Excel / Word
· Commitment and Reliability
· Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task in fast pace organization
· Planning and problem solving
· Team-player and ability to always maintain a positive professional attitude
· Eager to learn and take on new challenges to continue career progression
