What You’ll Do:
- Lead fitness consultations and personal training sessions
- Design programs tailored to members’ goals
- Track member results and provide feedback
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and positive atmosphere
- Promote training, classes, and wellness programs
- Live out and model our core values daily
What We’re Looking For:
- Personal training certification (preferred)
- 1+ year of weight training & cardio knowledge
- Your own fitness success story (lost weight, toned up, improved performance, etc.)
- Confidence in sales and program promotion
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Positive, coachable, team-first attitude
- Passion for fitness and helping people succeed
