Adjunct Faculty in Studio Art
College of the Ozarks invites applicants for a part-time adjunct faculty position in Studio
Art.
College of the Ozarks is committed to hiring faculty members who embrace the
institution’s Christian mission, pursue excellence in teaching undergraduate students, and
serve as mentors and positive role models. Faculty are expected to be self-motivated and
versatile, with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other
faculty and staff. Primary responsibilities for this position include teaching undergraduate
foundational studio art courses such as Drawing I, 2D Design and Exploration of Visual Art.
Candidates should hold an M.F.A. or M.A. in Studio Art. A terminal degree is preferred, as is
undergraduate teaching experience. College of the Ozarks is a Christian liberal arts college
with a commitment to faith-based education. The campus is in Point Lookout, MO near
Branson.
