Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Post and manage job openings across multiple hiring platforms.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain employee files and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding paperwork.
- Support employee relations and respond to general HR inquiries.
- Help monitor employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with benefits administration and leave tracking.
- Prepare employment verification letters and other HR documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS software is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
