Looking for someone with experience in the dental field, preferably knowledgeable with Dentrix or Easy Dental as it is very similar to Dentrix. Job title is Assistant Manager.
Job duties:
Post dental codes from written doctor's charts
Post payments from patients and from insurances
Make appointments
Do treatment plans
Open and close office
Scanning charts and referrals when needed
Calling patients when approved for treatment to schedule treatment
Manage EOB's from insurance when available with requested information
Manage difficult patients when needed or difficult situations
We will train you to perform the tasks. Must be flexible with schedule.
The shifts are 6 hours but 12 hour shifts and Saturday mornings a must. We alternate Saturday shifts . Hours weekly are 36 up to 40.
