What You’ll Do
- Greet and prepare patients for exams, collect vital signs, perform patient procedures, and support efficient clinical workflow.
- Administer injections, immunizations, phlebotomy, and laboratory tasks; accurately document all patient encounters.
- Maintain exam rooms and equipment, including stocking supplies, cleaning/sterilizing instruments, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Manage referrals, prescription refill requests, patient scheduling, and telephone support while assisting the care team.
- Protect patient privacy and comply with HIPAA; participate in quality improvement activities and perform other assigned duties.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Clean driving record with current NC driver’s license and approved by corporate vehicle insurance vendor for driving privileges
- Previous working experience in medical field
