Compudopt’s mission is to provide technology education and access to under-resourced youth and their communities. We are seeking an autonomous, self-starting Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships, to build and expand our corporate client pipeline. You will be responsible for navigating corporate structures to secure technology donations and service contracts for laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment.
The Account Manager, Enterprise Partnerships must act with integrity, be committed to achieving organizational goals, take responsibility for mission achievement, and demonstrate accountability by starting with yes.
Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and qualify decision-makers across IT Procurement, Technology Operations, Compliance, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR/ESG) departments.
- Lead discovery calls and presentations, aligning Compudopt’s data security and compliance standards with the prospect’s asset lifecycle and sustainability goals.
- Partner with our internal operations team to coordinate technology pickups, processing, and the delivery of compliance reporting to clients.
- Work with the corporate development team to transition clients into long-term philanthropic or expanded corporate partnerships after their initial service is complete.
- Maintain accurate records of client engagements, meetings, and pipeline stages within our designated Records Management System.
- Execute solutions and value selling to the existing customer base and new prospects
- Proactively manage key partner relationships to strengthen overall solution capabilities and drive greater client value
- Nurture and close new solution opportunities that result in incremental orders, revenue, and margins.
- Successfully orchestrate resources and the virtual team around opportunities to ensure success
- Articulate and showcase the vision and positioning of both the company and products, and secure long-term commitments
- Accurately forecast business on a quarterly cadence
- Provide forecasting and update the account/opportunity details in the identified system
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and build a strong 12-month pipeline
- Maintain a high level of customer loyalty and build trust and integrity, as indicated by company-conducted surveys and reports.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication
- Schedule regular check-ins to review performance, gather feedback, and align on next steps
- Lead the contract renewal process to maintain client partnerships
- Provide leadership guidance and direction to direct reports.
- Perform annual employee evaluations as outlined in the company policy
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years in enterprise account management or related sales/relationship management roles
- Demonstrates depth of knowledge in aligning the company's capabilities to client business and IT priorities
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in business, marketing or communications.
- 5+ years in enterprise account management or related sales/relationship management roles
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
