Responsibilities
- Greet and engage community members in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Explain available programs and answer basic questions.
- Assist eligible individuals with the enrollment process.
- Collect and verify required information accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional presence at outreach events.
- Work closely with the outreach team to meet daily enrollment goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and comfortable speaking with the public.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a most.
- Previous customer service, sales, or community outreach experience.
