About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Field Support Specialist to join our operations team. Reporting to the Field Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring client orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team that keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Digitize and upload documents into internal systems with speed and accuracy
• Maintain and update location and database information to ensure data integrity
• Sort, process, and distribute incoming mail
• Create and update order statuses through accurate data entry
• Prepare and organize paperwork for shipment
• Ensure all orders are processed correctly and properly documented
• Partner with internal departments to support smooth workflow and communication
• Retrieve office mail from a PO Box
• Assist with additional projects and operational tasks as needed
