We are seeking an innovative, strategic, and results-driven Vice President of Marketing & Branding to elevate our brand, strengthen our market presence, and lead enterprise-wide marketing initiatives that support growth, recruitment, occupancy, and community engagement.
This executive leadership role will partner closely with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Complete Care as the employer and provider of choice throughout our markets.
What You'll Do
As the Vice President of Marketing & Branding, you will:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
Lead all corporate marketing initiatives, digital strategy, public relations, advertising, and communications.
Strengthen and protect the Complete Care brand across all facilities and corporate departments.
Oversee marketing campaigns that increase census, referral relationships, recruitment, and brand awareness.
Direct social media strategy, website content, SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and digital engagement.
Partner with Operations, Clinical, Human Resources, Business Development, and Executive Leadership to support strategic initiatives.
Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, videos, brochures, and promotional campaigns.
Develop employer branding initiatives that attract top healthcare talent across all markets.
Manage relationships with marketing agencies, photographers, media partners, and vendors.
Analyze marketing performance using key metrics, reporting ROI and recommending improvements.
Lead crisis communications and reputation management efforts when necessary.
Establish brand standards and ensure consistency across nearly 100 facilities and all corporate communications.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
Qualifications for Vice President of Marketing and Branding:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field required.
Master's degree or MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.
Minimum 5 years leading multi-location or regional marketing initiatives.
Healthcare, senior living, skilled nursing, hospital, or multi-site service industry experience strongly preferred.
Proven success building recognizable brands and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, CRM platforms, analytics, and marketing automation.
Experience managing marketing budgets and agency partnerships.
Outstanding communication, leadership, project management, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
