- Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of New Employee Orientation, ensuring a welcoming, engaging, and consistent experience for all new hires.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and internal departments to develop comprehensive onboarding plans prior to each employee's start date.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires throughout their new hire journey.
- Facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) and a variety of instructor-led training programs, including CPR/First Aid, Crisis Prevention, clinical support, regulatory, compliance, and other organizational trainings as assigned. Ensure training is delivered in accordance with organizational standards while fostering an engaging learning environment that supports knowledge retention and employee success. Coordinate training schedules and maintain the organizational training calendar to ensure timely enrollment and completion of required training.
- Prepare training materials, classroom logistics, attendance documentation, and evaluations for instructor-led and virtual learning sessions.
- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including employee assignments, reporting, data maintenance, and training records.
- Collaborate with operational leaders, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and People First to continuously improve onboarding, orientation, and training processes.
- High School diploma required. Bachelors in a related field (Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health) highly preferred.
- At least three (3) years of demonstrated experience in a training/human resources role.
- Preferred: experience in the healthcare/human services field.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience utilizing Human Capital Management (HCM), Learning Management Systems (LMS), applicant tracking, and onboarding platforms.
- Experience with collaboration and document management systems such as SharePoint or comparable platforms.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new HR technologies and software applications.
- Experience with reporting and data management within HR systems is preferred.
