What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapy Aide at CORA, you’ll:
- Assist therapists, as directed, with treatment procedures in line with clinic policies and state practice acts; assist in delivering patient satisfaction and engagement.
- Set up, prepare, and administer treatment modalities as outlined by the therapist; position patients appropriately and courteously for procedures.
- Monitor and promptly verbally report significant changes in patients’ conditions to the appropriate therapist.
- Maintain clean and stocked treatment areas throughout the day; launder soiled linens and clean equipment per clinic procedures.
- Check and maintain hydrocollator water levels daily and ensure proper cleaning per infection control guidelines.
- Greet patients courteously, notify therapists of their arrival, and begin treatment prep under therapist guidance.
- Perform front desk tasks as needed, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with medical records.
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or GED required
