Are you ready for the next step in advancing your career? CoVantage Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager at our Weston branch! This role champions a people-first culture, ensures everything stays in line with credit union policies, and inspires employees to grow, succeed, and make a real impact. From coaching team members to creating exceptional member experiences, this position blends leadership, service, and operational excellence into one rewarding role.
As a CoVantage team member, you will receive a 401(k) employer match up to 200%, a bonus of annual salary up to 8%, a generous HSA contribution, paid time off for community service, vacation time as well as accrued sick leave.
Job duties
- Oversee daily branch operations and lead a member-facing team by example
- Consistently provide members with exceptional service and outstanding value
- Build strong relationships with new and existing members and truly make a difference in people's lives
- Regularly serves as a Member Service Representative in opening consumer loan/deposit accounts, answering questions on existing account, explaining CoVantage's online/mobile services, and other responsibilities
- Actively share information about credit union products and services to help members meet their financial needs
- Coach employees to identify member needs and align products/services that will help members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or three years of relevant work experience with related training
- Have experience in consumer lending, credit cards, deposit accounts, and collections
- Must possess highly effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office and Windows software
- Candidates able to read, write and speak Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply
