- Maintain knowledge of store inventory, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers
- Perform data entry tasks related to sales transactions, loan processing, or account updates using financial software
- Support loan collections efforts by following established procedures and maintaining customer relationships
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Incorporate the following core responsibilities into the job description: proactively upsell products, provide accurate price quotes, and drive the sales of accessories and insurance plans.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience preferred; experience in banking or financial services is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math calculations
- Ability to handle cash drawer operations, cash management, and cashiering duties accurately
- Must be comfortable performing 10 key typing and processing cash transactions efficiently
