We are seeking a motivated, professional in-home sales representative to inspect residential crawlspaces and foundations, identify problems, educate homeowners, and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
This is a 100% commission position with strong earning potential. Qualified appointments and leads are provided. You will not be expected to spend your day cold calling. Your success will depend on your ability to conduct thorough inspections, communicate clearly, build trust, and close sales while representing our company with honesty and integrity.
What You Will Do
- Travel to scheduled appointments throughout Central Indiana
- Inspect crawlspaces, basements, and residential foundations
- Identify moisture, drainage, fungal, insulation, and structural concerns
- Take measurements, photographs, and detailed inspection notes
- Explain findings to homeowners in clear, straightforward language
- Develop appropriate repair recommendations and estimates
- Present options and help customers choose the right solution
- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate sales records
- Coordinate with office and production staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Represent Crawlspace Medic with honesty, professionalism, and respect
Services You Will Sell
- Crawlspace encapsulation and vapor barriers
- Drainage systems and sump pumps
- Dehumidifiers and humidity control
- Fungal treatment and moisture remediation
- Structural repairs, including joists, beams, piers, and floor supports
- Foundation repair and basement waterproofing
Compensation and Benefits
