Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the project management team with various parts of the project such as constructability review, value engineering, pay app reviews, schedule development, FF&E program development and execution.
Assist in formulating the design, bid, and project phase of scheduling.
Assist in the Addenda and Bid process.
Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct pre-bid and job start meetings.
Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to Project Manager.
Under the supervision of Project Manager, facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Oversee approvals from applicable government agencies are received and documented.
Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct close out activities and assist with building occupancy.
Prepares field reporting for review by Project Manager.
Perform QA/QC process.
Review change orders for completeness and conformance to company and client standards.
Review RFIs/Submittals for completeness before distribution to design team.
Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management.
Review and maintain As Built drawings.
Other duties as assigned.
Attendance at work during normal business hours.

Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management
