Dallas Nephrology Associates has an immediate opening for a compassionate, service-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide clinical back-office support in our Dallas Transplant Institute practice. This position supports providers and patients by performing a variety of clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical back-office support, including obtaining and documenting vital signs, blood pressures, EKGs, and other patient care duties, as well as FO support if needed.
• Assist providers with patient care, examinations, and clinical procedures.
• Perform venipuncture and administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, as appropriate.
• Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Coordinate patient intake and assist with scheduling and care coordination for post-transplant patients.
• Maintain an organized workflow while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume clinical setting.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience in a physician office or hospital setting.
• Strong venipuncture and injection experience (subcutaneous and intramuscular) preferred.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
