The Opportunity
We are seeking an Enterprise Application Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions across our global organization. In this role, you will drive process optimization, enable data-driven decision-making, and ensure enterprise applications deliver measurable business value.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT—to design, enhance, and deliver scalable application solutions in a complex, global environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business requirements gathering through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Design and optimize end-to-end business processes across enterprise systems
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert across ERP, MES, and related applications
- Manage product backlogs, prioritize enhancements, and support release planning
- Coordinate and execute testing (including UAT) and ensure successful system adoption
- Partner with data teams to define KPIs, reporting, and analytics solutions
- Ensure compliance with ITIL/SDLC practices, cybersecurity, and data governance standards
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
Must-Have Experience
- 3–5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise applications in global or multi-site environments
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft AX/Dynamics or similar) and at least one related domain (MES, Quality, Planning, Finance, or CRM)
- Proven success leading requirements gathering, process redesign, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for medium to large-scale initiatives
- Experience supporting manufacturing and/or supply chain operations, including environments with 24/7 uptime expectations
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, APIs, and data models with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, ITIL Foundation, or relevant ERP/MES credentials
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
