Responsibilities
- Interdisciplinary evaluation and advisory support assessing the feasibility, risks, and policy implications of applying AI and data-analytics tools across CARICOM IMPACS and RSS systems.
- Does not develop or deploy AI; evaluates institutional readiness, legal frameworks, and operational impact.
- Produces a phased AI Integration Roadmap, written reports, leadership briefings, and responsible-AI/data-ethics workshops.
- U.S. Secret clearance
- Master's or higher in social science, public policy, international affairs, data analytics, or related.
- Impact evaluations/applied research in governance, law enforcement, or international development (UN/USG/NGO).
- Mixed-methods research design.
- Experience evaluating technology adoption/institutional change in security & foreign-policy sectors.
- Ability to translate across policy, technical, and social-science domains.
- Knowledge of responsible-AI frameworks and data-protection standards.
- Strong policy-brief/technical-memo writing for senior audiences.
- Comfort handling law-enforcement-sensitive data.
