We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand & Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across all PID channels. This role will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, supporting revenue growth, and developing compelling content that connects with pet owners, veterinarians, shelters, breeders, and industry partners.

- Own marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and content plans.
- Manage CRM marketing programs, customer segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign reporting.
- Monitor and optimize digital marketing performance to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Ecommerce, Operations, and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Support trade shows, industry events, sponsorships, partnerships, and brand-building opportunities.
- Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
