- Coordinate and assist with provider credentialing and privileging tasks, including scheduling meetings, gathering and distributing materials, taking minutes, and ensuring the files are complete with all signatures.
- Coordinate schedules, trainings and calendars for assigned staff.
- Perform workflow mapping and documentation.
- Assist in preparation of monthly meetings, agendas and minutes.
- Assist with special projects and clinic initiatives as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 years strong administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong computer skills using Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
- Experience utilizing and retrieving data from an Electronic Medical Record system.
- Strong analytical skills, and skills creating spreadsheets, charts and graphs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Motivation to take initiative to ensure all tasks performed are complete, timely and accurate.
- Commitment to the mission and values of Davis Street.
