Quality Manager
Salary: $85,000–$105,000 + Benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement within a growing manufacturing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on quality leader who enjoys solving complex problems, leading audits, partnering with customers, and influencing manufacturing quality from the production floor to the executive team.

What You'll Do
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage customer complaints and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Lead internal, customer, and supplier audits
- Own PPAP, APQP, First Article Inspections, and customer production approvals
- Oversee incoming inspection, SPC, metrology, and inspection planning
- Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with production and engineering to improve quality performance
- Develop, coach, and mentor the Quality team
- Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements
- Serve as the primary quality resource for customers and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Experience leading PPAP, APQP, SPC, audits, and corrective actions
- Customer-facing quality experience
- Leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with metrology and quality measurement systems preferred
