We are seeking a strategic and relationship-focused Talent Acquisition & Compensation Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, compensation administration, and employee recognition initiatives. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys combining data-driven decision-making with people-centered practices to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent.
What You'll Do:
Lead Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding and new hire integration.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, improve hiring practices, and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and workforce trends to drive continuous improvement and workforce planning.
- Oversee onboarding programs that promote employee engagement, readiness, and long-term success.
- Collaborate with Training & Development to ensure new hires receive the tools, training, and support needed to thrive.
Drive Compensation Excellence
- Maintain job descriptions, compensation structures, and market pricing data.
- Support equitable, competitive, and compliant pay practices across the organization.
- Review compensation recommendations and pay decisions for consistency and alignment with organizational guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with Colorado pay transparency and pay equity requirements, including the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.
Strengthen Employee Engagement & Employer Brand
- Lead DDRC's employee recognition program and engagement initiatives.
- Represent DDRC at career fairs, workforce development events, and community outreach activities.
- Help promote DDRC as an employer of choice within the nonprofit and healthcare workforce communities.
What We're Looking For:
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of human resources, talent acquisition, and/or compensation experience
- Knowledge of employment law and Colorado pay transparency practices
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, offer development, and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills and data tracking/reporting tools
- Experience representing an organization at career fairs, workforce development events, community outreach activities, and other recruitment initiatives.
Preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP, certification.
- Nonprofit, healthcare, or IDD experience
- Prior supervisory, project leadership, or management experience.

Work Environment
This role is primarily based at our Central Headquarters, with eligibility for up to two remote workdays per week. Occasional travel may be required for career fairs, outreach events, and community engagement activities. The position requires professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information and employee matters.
