- Follow directions from the shop foreman or other supervisor.
- High school diploma, technical school, or equivalent.
- Training or experience in the field of automotive, truck, or bus repair.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to hold, or eligibility to obtain, a CDL license.
- Current ASE certifications or a willingness to work toward them.
- Adequate English verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical strength and conditioning to perform all required tasks.
