Dewberry offers a comprehensive and very competitive package of insurance programs to regular full-time employees and their eligible dependents the first of the month following their date of hire. - Support Management Team, Project Managers, and other professional and technical staff.
- Create, edit and maintain; forms, templates, reports, graphs, specifications, schedules, and correspondence in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).
- File and archive both electronic and hard copy project-related documents.
- Routinely review, prepare, and distribute financial reports as needed.
- Schedule meetings with customers/clients and project team members.
- Associate's Degree minimum (preference for engineering or related fields)
- Background in project support managing project schedules, budgets, and finances
- Experience in transportation and water related project management and/or providing related consulting services is preferred.
- Experience in project and business related accounting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
- Ability to become proficient in company-based computer software programs and processes.
