We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems across our facilities. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install new appliances, HVAC components, and mechanical equipment following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks across multiple sites.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and inspections completed in compliance with operational standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical systems repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology including air conditioning systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams effectively for troubleshooting purposes.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration), and appliance installation.
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction experience or equipment repair is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients alike.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) supplies and procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate company vehicles safely; experience in construction or related fields is a plus.
- Leadership qualities that enable guiding junior team members or assisting in training new staff are advantageous.
