Job Overview
Position: Charge LPN
Location: La Jara, CO 81140
Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $35/hr-$40/hr on W2
Duration: 9 to 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
LPN Responsibilities:
- Responsible for nursing care of residents during his/her shift, including all safety measures.
- Recognize significant changes in conditions of residents during his/her shift or unit.
- Delegate to, supervise, provide direct resident-care personnel on the shift or unit.
- Prepare and administer or supervise preparation and administration of medications and prescribed treatment.
- Supervise serving of prescribed diets and fluid intake.
- Chart medications and treatments according to procedure. Observe, report, and record resident
