- Apply email and SMS best practices, including deliverability, list health, inbox placement, sender reputation, compliance, and QA.
- Stay current on lifecycle marketing trends and proactively bring forward ideas to improve program performance.
About You:
- 4-5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM, or retention marketing, ideally in a DTC/eCommerce environment.
- Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing fundamentals, including segmentation, personalization, testing, deliverability, and customer journeys.
- Proven ability to independently manage email and SMS campaigns from concept through launch and reporting.
- Experience building campaign calendars and managing multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and cross-functional priorities.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to turn campaign data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to strong QA.
- Familiar with Google Workspace; familiarity with HTML/email coding is a plus.
- Someone who gets things done without perfect resources, takes ownership, proactively helps others, stays positive, and has a good sense of humor.
