- Execute creative for 1-2 ad campaigns monthly
- Transform coaching insights and athlete stories into visually engaging content
- Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
Technical & Project Management (20%)
- Keep project progress updated via Notion & Slack
- Organize digital assets for team accessibility
- Support operation of OBS recording systems
- Maintain content equipment
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Train staff on content capture tools
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating video/photo skills (sports content preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic photo editing
- Demonstrated technical experience with camera equipment
- Ability to work some non-traditional hours when needed (early mornings, evenings, or weekends)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional content creation experience
- Background in or passion for baseball and human performance
- Understanding of social media platforms and what performs
- Basic motion graphics skills
- Experience with streaming/recording systems
