Position Purpose
The Executive Assistant Trainee plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of Driven Services by assisting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief of Staff with administrative, organizational, and communication tasks.
This position is designed as a structured learning opportunity for a motivated, high-character individual beginning a professional administrative career. While the position directly supports Patrick Smith (CEO) and Christi Smith (Chief of Staff), the employee will be administratively supervised, coached, and developed by the Human Resources Manager, Alexandra Arredondo.
The goal is to provide a supportive environment where the employee can learn executive administration, business professionalism, organizational systems, and leadership support while gradually taking on greater responsibility.
Reporting Structure
Operational Support:
- Patrick Smith – Chief Executive Officer
- Christi Smith – Chief of Staff
Administrative Supervisor:
- Alexandra – Human Resources Manager
Alexandra will provide new employee onboarding, coaching sessions, performance feedback, goal setting, professional development planning, time management coaching, executive assistant mentoring, training coordination, certification guidance, and performance reviews.
Daily work assignments may come directly from Patrick or Christi or may be coordinated through Alexandra depending on priorities and workload.
