Position Summary
The Table Attendant/Busser plays an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience by ensuring the dining room is clean, organized, and ready for guests. This position supports the servers by quickly clearing and resetting tables, assisting with guest needs, and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Essential Responsibilities
- Promptly clear, clean, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room throughout each shift.
- Remove trash and transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to the dishwashing area.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of floors, booths, chairs, highchairs, and other dining room furnishings.
- Monitor the dining room to ensure tables are available for incoming guests as quickly as possible.
- Practice proper food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work cooperatively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to provide outstanding guest service.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive attitude with a heart for serving others.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
- We are willing to train motivated individuals who enjoy working with people.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to safely carry bus tubs, dishes, and restaurant supplies.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
