Commission & Growth Opportunity

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying and developing new B2B and B2C sales opportunities.
- Research and connect with potential partners, including hotels, travel agencies, corporate clients, tourism organizations, and local businesses.
- Support outreach efforts through calls, emails, networking, and relationship building.
- Assist with lead generation and maintaining a sales pipeline.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to strengthen relationships and increase sales opportunities.
- Support sales presentations, proposals, and partnership materials.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products, services, and experiences.
B2B & B2C Sales Support
- Assist in developing strategies to attract new business partners and direct customers.
- Build relationships with guests, clients, and partners to understand their needs.
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and increase revenue.
- Support sales efforts by promoting E Noa products and experiences.
Marketing Support & Campaign Development
- Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnership initiatives.
- Support creation and distribution of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Assist with social media, email marketing, and community outreach efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support events, networking opportunities, and promotional activities.
Business Growth & Innovation
- Research market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Bring creative ideas forward to improve sales and marketing efforts.
- Assist with developing new partnerships, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to execute company goals.
