This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and the Vice President of Patient Care Services, and is responsible for performing all assigned administrative, organizational and clerical functions for the supported service lines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Organization of special administrative projects, coordination of 90 Day Plans, correspondence, typing, emails, and faxes. Responsibilities include scheduling and communicating of service line meetings andcalls, patient complaints, financial physician communications, and provides back up support to Administration office areas.
Minimum Requirements
High school graduate, minimum three years experience as an administrative assistant or an associate degree in secretarial science or equivalent work experience. Knowledge and or training in Microsoft office products. Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written. Creative ability in designing presentations, workbooks, bulletins, newsletters, posters, etc. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Full time with benefits - 40 hours per week
Day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
