Job Description: EdAdvance is seeking a qualified applicant to assist in teaching preschool children in the Head Start program in New Milford, CT. As a Head Start Teacher Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing preschool children with a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Classroom Teachers in implementing developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 3 to 5, promoting school readiness in language, literacy, cognition, social studies, mathematics, science, the arts, social emotional skills and physical development.
