Are you a compassionate nursing leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional resident care while building and leading a strong clinical team? Edgewood Manor of Greenfield is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to oversee our nursing department and help us continue providing outstanding care to our residents.

What you'll do:

• Lead and mentor the nursing team

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Promote quality clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care

• Support staff development, education, and accountability

• Participate in quality assurance assurance and performance improvement initiatives
  

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing

• Long-term care leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory compliance

On-Call Responsibilities:

This leadership position shares on-call responsibilities to ensure clinical support is available outside of normal business hours. The Director of Nursing is expected to participate in an on-call rotation, respond to urgent clinical situations by phone or in person when necessary, and provide leadership support to nursing staff after hours, on weekends, and holidays.
