Overview: We are seeking a Global Security Specialist to join our team. This is a highly specialized role that combines threat monitoring, protective intelligence, and concierge style travel planning. In this position, you will be directly responsible for supporting clients throughout their journey, creating their itinerary, and ensuring they are informed, protected, and positioned for success wherever they travel. From designing and booking a secure, efficient itinerary to actively monitoring their route and location in real time, you will be a constant, trusted presence behind the scenes. You will proactively assess risks, coordinate logistics, and respond to developments on the ground—all while delivering a seamless, white-glove experience that is uniquely tailored to each client’s needs. This role offers a rare opportunity to build experience in global threat monitoring, intelligence analysis, and travel logistics, gaining the judgment, discretion, and situational awareness required to thrive in fast-paced security and intelligence environments.
Essential Job Function and Responsibilities:
- Monitor global developments using open-source data intelligence to detect and assess potential risks to clients’ safety and travel plans.
- Deliver real-time alerts and concise intelligence updates tailored to specific itineraries, destinations, and client profiles.
- Design and manage detailed travel itineraries that integrate security considerations, efficiency, and personal preferences.
- Book and confirm all travel logistics—including commercial flights, hotels, ground transportation, and secure movement options—ensuring coordination with protective teams when necessary.
- Provide continuous, behind-the-scenes support to clients during travel, actively monitoring conditions and adjusting plans as needed in response to emerging threats or disruptions.
- Conduct pre-travel risk assessments to inform clients of relevant developments at their destinations.
- Serve as a first point of contact for client issues and concerns.
- Contribute to scenario planning, contingency routing, and crisis response protocols for high-risk travel or sensitive movements.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of itineraries, bookings, communications, and threat intelligence related to client travel.
- Support post-trip assessments and documentation to identify lessons learned and improve future operations.
