Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and a passion for providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will be responsible for understanding, diagnosing, installing and repairing plumbing products and equipment (boilers, water heaters, piping, drain/jetter waste, plumbing fixtures).
You will perform planned maintenance per the agreement with customers.
You will work to ensure materials are ordered timely and delivered to the job site.
You will conduct warranty services on installed plumbing equipment.
Contribute to a collaborative rotating on-call schedule, helping ensure continuous, responsive support for customer emergencies.
Maintaining a safe and healthy work site environment is of utmost importance. Plumbing Service Technicians are responsible for following safety protocols. The ability to communicate with customers regarding repairs, progress and concerns is part of the role, as providing exceptional customer service is essential.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Journeyman Plumber with strong knowledge of plumbing codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of mechanical trade materials, methods and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
