Job Summary
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate, is a motivated and detail-oriented individual who wants to be a part of our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Associate, they will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. The responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a safe and organized work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for accuracy, and document any discrepancies. Ensure all products are in good condition and report any damages or issues.
- Storage and Organization: Safely and efficiently store products in designated areas, optimizing space utilization and maintaining a well-organized warehouse.
- Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring items are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels. Identify and report discrepancies promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by handling products with care and attention to detail. Ensure that products are handled, stored, and shipped in compliance with company standards.
- Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment. Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, vertical lifts and pallet jacks safely and proficiently. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to meet production and shipping goals. Communicate effectively to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills/Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 60 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Unafraid of heights up to 30 ft.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus.

Physical Requirements

- Driving: operation of forklifts or other motorized equipment, a valid driver's license and the ability to operate such equipment may be required.
- Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are important for tasks such as inspecting products, handling small parts, and operating machinery.
- Physical Endurance: The role may involve long hours and physically demanding tasks, so physical stamina and endurance are important.
